Create your free account in three steps.

Your replacement manuscript credits go onto a Breakthrough Publishing account. Making one is free, needs no card and takes about a minute.

Use the same email you put on your claim form.That is how we find your account and add your credits. A different email means your credits can’t reach you.

  1. Open the sign-up page

    Click the button below. It opens the Breakthrough sign-up form.

    Then fill in the form:

    • Name: your name
    • Email: the same email as your claim
    • Password: at least 8 characters

    Click Create account.

    Tip: If your claim email is a Gmail address, you can click Sign in with Google instead and skip step 2.

  2. Confirm your email

    We send you an email called “Confirm your Breakthrough Publishing account”. Open it and click the link inside.

    • It comes from noreply@breakthroughpub.com, usually within a minute.
    • Can’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
    • The link works for 24 hours. Clicking it signs you straight in.

  3. You’re in. Your credits will appear here

    Your account is ready. Once we have checked your proof, usually within 2 working days, we email you and your credits show on your dashboard under Manuscript Writer.

    Click Create to start your first book. Use your credits within 12 months of them being added.

Common questions

I already have a Breakthrough account

You don’t need a new one. If it uses the same email as your claim, your credits go straight onto it. If it uses a different email, tell us in the notes box on the claim form or email hello@breakthroughpub.com.

Do I need to pay or pick a plan?

No. The account is free and your credits work without a plan. You may see paid plans on your dashboard. You can ignore them.

Should I create my account before or after my claim is approved?

Either works. Creating it now means your credits are there the moment we approve your claim.

The confirmation email never arrived

Check your spam and promotions folders first. Still nothing? Email hello@breakthroughpub.com from the same address and we’ll confirm your account for you. If it’s a Gmail address, you can also click Sign in with Google, which needs no confirmation email.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and we’ll email you a reset link.

How long do the credits last?

12 months from the day we add them to your account.
